speedometer: An eye on your network

In the ever-expanding network monitor category, it’s not hard to find something that will illustrate a system’s communication skills.

Some of those are good, and some of them are … not so good. speedometer is very good.

speedometer is very adjustable, and is not a challenge to fine-tune. A handful of switches and you’ll have something that gives visual meaning to your network interface.

If you want extreme details and precision to the nth degree, you might want something else. speedometer lacks the endless lists of routes and addresses that some need, or just prefer.

But for a good visual indicator, speedometer has got the goods.
