text-text-revolution: You can see where this is going

I have to include text-text-revolution in this list, just for the sheer campiness of it.


I never played Dance Dance Revolution, and I confess I have zero interest in it at all. And an ncurses conversion that relies on keypresses to mimic dance steps just sounds so wacky that I can’t let it go.

ttr works fine for me in Arch, and build as well in Debian with the right dependencies. Arrow keys mimic the foot action, and q quits.

Supposedly ttr can use .step files from pydance, but I didn’t try. Oh, but I probably should have: Think of all the calories I might have burned. …

And that’s all I can think of to say about ttr, mostly because I’m laughing too hard. … 😆
