I have to backtrack a little bit, for this post and the next. I realized that by including primes, I would be doing a disservice to
pom, which is just as nifty a gimmick.
pom, quite simply, returns the phase of the moon given a date. You can jam just about any date into its craw, and it will tell you within a reasonable range, what the phase of the moon will be.
How is this useful? Well, that may depend on your views of astrology, human behavior, agriculture or gender. All of which, I should point out, are beyond the scope of this blog. 🙂
